AECOS has secured discounted room rates at the Orea Hotel Pyramida in Prague which is the meeting venue. Reservations must be booked individually online according to the policies and procedures listed below. Please read and understand the booking deadlines and cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT attempt to contact AECOS or Bryn Mawr Communications requesting assistance with securing your hotel reservation, securing a reservation at the discounted group rate (especially after the cutoff date of May 1, 2017 published below), or to request a waiver of any cancellation fees. The cancellation policies are contractual terms provided by the Orea Hotel Pyramida. These and all other reservation questions/issues/concerns must be addressed directly with the hotel reservations department listed below.

Book Accommodations

• Reservation Deadline: May 1, 2017
• Discounted room rates available on a first come, first served basis.
• You may cancel without penalty up to and including April 15, 2017. All reservations Non-Cancellable after April 15, 2017; entire stay will be charged for late cancellations/no shows. No exceptions.

Room reservations are available at the Orea Hotel Pyramida at the AECOS discounted group rate ranging from 85 Euros/night – 125 Euros/night. Please book using the link provided above. This group rate is applicable from Wednesday, May 31 – Tuesday, June 6, 2017 based on availability. If you are unable to secure your requested dates through the online booking link please contact the reservations department directly at reservations@hotelpyramida.cz. When contacting the hotel directly either via email OR by phone YOU MUST SPECIFICALLY REFERENCE THE AECOS ROOM BLOCK otherwise you may be told the hotel is sold out and/or not receive the preferred discounted meeting room rate. Room reservations may be requested prior to and after the dates of Wednesday, May 31 – Tuesday, June 6, 2017 however they are subject to the hotel’s space and rate available at the time of making your reservation as determined by the hotel. The number of rooms at this group rate on the dates set forth above are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Your reservations must be made with the Orea Hotel Pyramida on an individual basis by booking online at http://tinyurl.com/AECOS-2017. Your reservations must be made on or before May 1, 2017 in order to be eligible to receive the discounted group rate (while supply lasts). After May 1, 2017, the Hotel Pyramida may continue to accept room reservations on a space and rate available basis, as determined by the Hotel’s Reservations Department. Any reservations requests after May 1, 2017 must be sent via email sent directly to their reservations department at reservations@hotelpyramida.cz.

Cancellations: You will be allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty on or before April 15, 2017. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE after April 15, 2017 and any cancellations or no shows after this date will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card.
