AECOS has secured discounted room rates at three outstanding properties in Aspen. Reservations must be booked individually according to the policies and procedures listed below. Please read and understand the booking deadlines and cancellation policies as they are slightly different for each property and will be strictly enforced by the respective hotels.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT attempt to contact AECOS or Bryn Mawr Communications requesting assistance with securing your hotel reservation, securing a reservation at the discounted group rate (especially after the cutoff dates published below), or to request a waiver of any cancellation fees. All cancellation policies are contractual terms provided by each hotel property. These and all other reservation questions/issues/concerns must be addressed directly with the Reservations Department at each hotel.

St. Regis Hotel, Aspen

• Reservation Deadline: January 27, 2017
• Discounted room rates available on a first come, first served basis.
• ​​May cancel without penalty up to 45 days from your arrival. All reservations Non-Cancellable within 45 days of arrival; entire stay will be charged for late cancellations/no shows. No exceptions.

Room reservations are available at The St. Regis Aspen at the AECOS discounted group rate of $509/night (plus applicable taxes). This group rate is applicable from Saturday, February 25 – Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Room reservations may be requested prior to and after these dates however they are subject to the hotel’s space and rate available at the time of making your reservation as determined by the hotel. The number of rooms at this​ group rate on the dates set forth above are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Your reservations must be made with the St. Regis Aspen on an individual basis at this time by calling the St. Regis Aspen directly at (888) 627-7198 and requesting the Reservations Department. When calling the hotel you must identify yourself as part of the AECOS Winter Symposium when making your reservations, otherwise the group rate that applies may not be extended. Your reservation must be guaranteed by a 100% prepayment of room and tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card that will be charged in the entire amount of your reservation forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival. Your reservations must be made on or before January 27, 2017 in order to be eligible to receive the discounted group rate (while supply lasts). The St. Regis Aspen will continue to accept room reservations after January 27, 2017, on a space and rate available basis, as determined by the Hotel’s Reservations Department.

Cancellations: You will be allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty up to forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival date. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE within forty-five (45) days of your arrival date and any cancellations or no shows within this time will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card.

​Limelight Hotel​

• Reservation Deadline: January 26, 2017
• Discounted room rates available on a first come, first served basis
• ​​May cancel without penalty prior to January 27, 2017. All reservations Non-Cancellable as of January 27, 2017; entire stay will be charged for late cancellations/no shows. No exceptions.

Room reservations are available at the Limelight Hotel at the AECOS discounted group rate of $430/night (plus applicable taxes and a daily resort fee of 6% of the nightly room rate). This group rate is applicable from Saturday, February 25 – Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Room reservations may be requested prior to and after these dates however they are subject to the hotel’s space and rate available at the time of making your reservation as determined by the hotel. The number of rooms at our group rate on the dates set forth above are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Room reservations must be made directly and on an individual basis by calling the Limelight Hotel at (800) 433-0832 and requesting the Reservations Department (online booking is not available). You must identify yourself as part of the AECOS Winter Symposium when making your reservations, otherwise the group rate that applies may not be extended. A deposit of 50% of the anticipated room revenue will be taken at time of your individual call-in reservation. Your direct reservations must be made prior to January 26, 2017 in order to be eligible to receive the AECOS discounted group rate (while supply lasts). On January 26, 2017 the remaining 50% of your reservation room revenue will be charged by the hotel to your individual credit card. The Limelight Hotel will continue to accept room reservations after January 26, 2017, on a space and rate available basis, as determined by the Hotel’s Reservations Department.

Cancellations: You will be allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty prior to January 26, 2017. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE on or after January 26, 2017 and any cancellation or no show on or after January 26, 2017 will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card.

Sky Hotel

• Reservation Deadline: January 27, 2017
• Discounted room rates available on a first come, first served basis
• ​​May cancel without penalty on or prior to January 27, 2017. All reservations Non-Cancellable as of January 28, 2017; entire stay will be charged for late cancellations/no shows. No exceptions.

Room reservations are available at the Sky Hotel at the AECOS discounted group rate of $340/night (plus applicable taxes, gratuities, and porterage fees). This group rate is applicable from Sunday, February 26 – Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Room reservations may be requested prior to and after these dates however they are subject to the hotel’s space and rate available at the time of making your reservation as determined by the hotel. The number of rooms at the AECOS group rate on the dates set forth above are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Your reservations must be made directly with the Sky Hotel on an individual basis by calling the Sky Hotel at (970) 429-7804 or 1-800-KIMPTON and requesting the Reservations Department. If calling the hotel you must identify yourself as part of the AECOS Winter Symposium when making your reservations, otherwise the group rate that applies may not be extended. A deposit of 50% of the anticipated room revenue will be taken at time of your individual reservation with the remaining 50% balance charged to your card thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Your reservations must be made on or before January 27, 2017 in order to be eligible to receive the discounted group rate (while supply lasts). The Sky Hotel will continue to accept room reservations after January 27, 2017, on a space and rate available basis, as determined by the Hotel’s Reservations Department.

Cancellations: You will be allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty on or prior to January 27, 2017. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE on or after January 28, 2017 and any cancellation or no show on or after January 28, 2017 will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card.
