Hotel Room Block
AECOS has secured discounted room rates at the St. Regis Deer Valley and Deer Valley Lodges. Reservations must be booked individually according to the policies and procedures listed below. Please read and understand the booking deadlines and cancellation policy as they will be strictly enforced.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT attempt to contact AECOS or Bryn Mawr Communications requesting assistance with securing your hotel reservation, securing a reservation at the discounted group rate (especially after the cutoff dates published below), or to request a waiver of any cancellation fees. All cancellation policies are contractual terms provided by the hotel property. These and all other reservation questions/issues/concerns must be addressed directly with the Reservations Department at the St. Regis Deer Valley.
St. Regis Deer Valley
- Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 16, 2020. (After this Reservation Cut-Off Date, it is at the Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability).
- Discounted room rates available on a first come, first served basis.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking your reservation. You may cancel without penalty up to June 16, 2020. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE after June 16 and any cancellations or no shows after that date will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card. No exceptions.
There are a limited number of room reservations available at The St. Regis Deer Valley at the AECOS discounted group rate.
The number of rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Your reservations must be made with the St. Regis Deer Valley on an individual basis by following this LINK or calling the St. Regis Deer Valley directly at (435) 940-5739. When calling the hotel, you must identify yourself as part of the AECOS Meeting when making your reservations, otherwise, the group rate that applies may not be extended. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking your reservation and your reservation is required to be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Cancellations – St Regis Deer Valley: You will be allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty up to June 16th. All reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE after June 16th and any cancellations or no-shows after that date will result in the forfeit of the cost of your entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card.
Deer Valley Lodges
We have secured discounted room rates at the following Deer Valley Lodge properties. All lodges are located within 1/4 mile from the base of the St. Regis Funicular. Please note – a two (2) night minimum is required on all bookings.
