The American-European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery® welcomes you to the 11th Annual AECOS Summer Symposium. Accommodations
AECOS has secured discounted room rates at the St. Regis Deer Valley and Deer Valley Lodges. Reservations must be booked individually according to the policies and procedures listed below. Please read and understand the booking deadlines and cancellation policy as they will be strictly enforced.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT attempt to contact AECOS or Bryn Mawr Communications requesting assistance with securing your hotel reservation, securing a reservation at the discounted group rate (especially after the cutoff dates published below), or to request a waiver of any cancellation fees. All cancellation policies are contractual terms provided by the hotel property. These and all other reservation questions/issues/concerns must be addressed directly with the Reservations Department.

CANCELATION: Individuals will be allowed to cancel their reservation without penalty on or before 8-Jun- 2022. Guests cancelling their reservation after 8-Jun-2022 forfeit the price of their entire reservation.
Deer Valley Lodges
AECOS has secured discounted room rates at the Deer Valley Lodges. The lodges are located within 1/4 mile from the base of the St. Regis Funicular. Please note – a two (2) night minimum is required on all bookings. To book accommodations please following this link.

To secure the discounted group rates, please contact Lodging Reservations at 800-558-3337 and reference the AECOS Summer Symposium. Reservations must be received on or before Tuesday, June 6, 2022, to receive the group discounted rate.
CANCELATION: One night’s deposit is due at booking and full payment is charged 7 days prior. Cancelations 8 day’s prior forfeit the price of one night’s lodging. Cancelations made 7 days or less before arrival forfeit the entire amount.
