The American-European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery® welcomes you to the AECOS Winter Symposium. This dynamic conference, evolved from the Dulaney-Aspen Invitational Refractive Symposium which began over 30 years ago, is the legacy AECOS meeting. Convened annually in Aspen, the AECOS Winter Symposium assembles ophthalmologists, scientists, entrepreneurs and industry experts to debate and direct innovation in anterior segment surgery. The AECOS Winter Symposium celebrates a rich history of technology debuts, including laser refractive surgery, femtosecond lasers for LASIK, and laser cataract surgery.
