AECOS has secured discounted accommodations at three host properties:
- St. Regis
- W Hotel
- Limelight Hotel
The St Regis is now fully committed. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist at the St. Regis, please contact Heather Heenan, hheenan@aecosurgery.org.
We are excited to announce that AECOS has secured favorable rates at the W and Limelight Hotels from Saturday (limited availability) through Wednesday. We encourage you to book accommodations early as the blocks are expected to sell out quickly.
- For reservations at the W Aspen please book HERE. The nightly rate is 619.00++ USD per night. Please note, due to the extremely high demand you may request a specific room type, but the hotel cannot guarantee a room type prior to check in.
- For reservations at the Limelight Hotel please call the hotel directly during business hours, (970) 925-3025 and mention AECOS to receive the discounted group rate. The nightly rate is 615.00++ USD per night.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations require a credit card and one night's deposit to secure the reservation. Reservations without a credit card is not considered confirmed.
The last day to cancel and/or modify your reservation at the St Regis and W Hotels is January 21, 2027. Any cancellations will forfeit the entire cost of the reservation.
The last day to cancel and/or modify your reservation at the Limelight Hotel is January 20, 2027. Any cancellations will forfeit the entire cost of the reservation.
